Hi gang! Sorry we haven’t posted anything here in quite a while. It’s been very busy around the SouthGain office, and our blog has been neglected a bit. We’ll try to do better!
Tim, Joana and John (Phivocs) took a much-needed vacation to Europe over the last 10 days while Josh single-handedly packed and shipped all your orders. Thanks to you, our customers, that’s become quite a big job for just one person, but Josh managed to do it well. Armed with BlackBerries, laptops, cell phones, Skype, Wi-Fi and even an iPod Touch, we somehow managed to stay up with customer e-mails and voice mails during our quick trip. Thanks for your patience if it took a little longer than normal to get back to you.
Now that we’re back home, we are planning some exciting changes at SouthGain over the next couple of weeks. We’ll announce the details here when everything is ready. But we just wanted to give some advanced warning in case you happen to notice anything unusual during the transition period while we implement the changes. Hopefully everything will go smoothly, but if you see something that seems to be broken, don’t hesitate to drop us a note. Thanks!
