Actually, my wife Joana makes an ampalaya dish that isn’t too bitter. If it’s done like that, I can handle it, but it’s still not a favorite of mine. You might be the first non-Filipino I’ve met who actually likes it. But other than those three things, I’m really a fan of Filipino food, and pretty excited to have a local Filipino restaurant. Looking forward to introducing others to what they’ve been missing!

This is very informative, thank you for posting this. I have been using a whitening product too. It really pays to check the label before you buy something and apply it on your skin. Has the authority banned the creams that contain such harmful ingredients?? I think they should act on this immediately so no one would use them. And maybe they should come up with a list on products that are safe to use.
