Merry Christmas! It has been a terrific Christmas celebration for the SouthGain team, and we hope everyone is enjoying this holiday season as much as we have!
Tim, Joana and John (a.k.a. Phivocs) are departing soon for a quick year-end family mini-vacation. But don’t worry—Aubrey and Paula will be taking care of business while we’re gone, and Steve will be house-sitting, feeding the cat, and hopefully not shoveling too much snow (actually, the forecast looks like more rain).
Orders should ship on-time as usual—same business day or next business day. Paula can handle most of your e-mails and voice mails. If there’s something requiring Tim, Joana or John, we can take care of it on the BlackBerry or whenever we can get an Internet connection for the laptop. We might not be as quick to reply as usual, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Finally, we’d like to say thanks again to you, our customers, for making 2009 another record year for SouthGain! We wish you all the best for this Christmas season, and look forward to serving you again in 2010.
