We’ve recently experienced a large number of problems related to customers’ shipping addresses, so we’d like to remind everyone to carefully double check your ship-to address when placing an order. Remember, if you pay with PayPal, we are required to ship to the address specified when you make your paymenent (not necessarily the address you have on-file with eBay). If that address is out-of-date or otherwise no longer valid, your shipment will either be returned to us (in which case you’ll have to pay shipping charges again) or it will be delivered to the current resident at that address (in which case you’ll probably never receive your shipment at all).
So please take just a moment to verify your address when you go through the checkout process, especially if you’ve recently moved, or it’s been a long time since you’ve used PayPal. If you’re not sure what address you have currently on-file with eBay and PayPal, now would be a good time to sign into both accounts and double check. This simple step could save you a lot of headaches down the road.
